Are you a Massage Therapy Student
Looking for Externship Hours at
Jungle + Grace Massage Studio?
Thank you for your interest in an externship opportunity. We receive requests regularly since we focus primarily on Manual Lymphatic Drainage. However, please be advised, that an externship with us not not mean you will receive private training, coaching, etc. That type of support is offered only to those who book private lessons and private coaching. What Your Externship Can Look Like

Students are expected to provide a Practical Session to assess skill level, and additional practicals.

Students are not able to work with our Post Op Clients but they can receive bookings to practice on our established regular clientele.

Students are able to observe our specialized treatments at the comfort level of client for hours.

Students are not expected to do housekeeping or sheet folding.

Students can earn hours by assisting or independently creating media content for Jungle + Grace Massage Studio.

Students can earn hours by doing independent research and writing blogs and other office tasks.

We agree together on what to do.

We do our best to give you our time and some mentorship during and available after the externship is over.
This Externship May Not Be Right For You If:

If you are not a self-starter or enthusiastic about working with us.

If you have to rearrange your schedule frequently.

If English is not your first language.

Are involved in new age practices, "energy work", witchcraft, or any other esoteric practice that is not massage therapy.

We cannot offer employment at this time.

If you have your paperwork from your school ready to go, call or email us with the information provided below.

Once we mutually decide we are a good fit and you understand the terms of how we operate from the information above, we will book you to perform your first practical and to fill out your externship paperwork, and discuss how we would be able to support your externship needs.

Weekends are researved for lectures, classes, special training, and interviews.
