What To Expect From Your First

Masage Therapy Sessions

Experience personalized care and support in your initial post-surgery session with us. Open communication is essential as we strive to comprehend your unique journey through plastic surgery, tailoring our approach to ensure your comfort and address specific post-surgical symptoms. Many clients have reported decreased pain, improved range of motion, and enhanced tissue smoothing, making our postoperative care an ideal choice for those on the path to recovery. Our first session is built on four fundamental pillars.

During your first session, we prioritize open communication. We aim to understand your complete plastic surgery experience, addressing any questions you may have about your case. We assess your needs, evaluate your recovery progress, and consider the feel and appearance of your body at its current phase.

The initial session involves numerous firsts—our first encounter with you and your introduction to our approach. Beyond the clinical aspects, we gauge your well-being on a personal level. We observe factors such as swelling, textures, and your range of movement, recognizing you not merely as a patient but as an individual.

Lymphatic Drainage for Post Op Care is a gentle and individualized session. Recognizing that each post-surgical case is unique, we adapt our methods to address varying needs at different stages of recovery.

Following the session, we collaborate with our clients to further customize their compression protocols, treatment plan, and holistic home care plan. We provide guidance for at-home care to enhance the quality of your recovery. Our focus extends to long-term needs, with strategies evolving over time, even graduating to scar tissue release and re-habilitation massage down the line. Rest assured, we are committed to supporting our clients at every phase of their recovery.

Received my 1st Massage from Christina and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is so cute, cozy and relaxing! Her massage table is one of the most comfortable I've ever been on. She addressed all my areas of concern and I love that she asked before ending the session if there was anything else I wanted covered. Great experience and I will be back for more!
